Member of the Month - Lacey Glover
This month’s Member of the Month award goes to Lacey Glover!
Lacey joined us quite recently in our October foundations intake and since then has really thrown herself in to the world of CrossFit and her training.
Since becoming a member, Lacey has taken part in both the In-House Partner Competition and is also currently doing her first CrossFit Open with us (which she even just smashed out 22.2 in the Rx category!)
Lacey is very consistent in her training and the results show for this - she has even very recently conquered her fear of box jumps, go Lacey!
Coaches always notice Lacey to be a friendly face on classes and will go out her way to make other new members feel welcome and comfortable on the classes.
Keep up the hard work, we can wait to see your progress through your journey with us at CSC! 💪
CrossFit Open Drinks & Social!
To celebrate everyone smashing the past two Open Workouts, and to end this years CrossFit Open, we have a special Friday Night workout (11th March) followed by a box social!
For this Friday's workout at 18:00, we'll have a free drink for participants! Make sure to book on with BoxMate 📅 - everyone is welcome even if you haven't done the previous workouts!
Following Friday's 22.3 Workout, we'll be heading to The Sun in town with a private heated outdoor space for Team CSC, friends and family from 21:00.
We hope to see you there! 🍻
