CrossFit

CrossFit classes combine strength and conditioning training to improve your overall fitness. Our classes are constantly varied using a combination of Olympic Lifting, strength training, cardio and gymnastics – all of which are safely taught by our professional coaches.

CrossFit is for any fitness level and all ages, our Foundations course teaches the basics!

 

Foundations

For most newcomers to CrossFit, we require the Foundations Course. During your time in the foundation workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, methodologies and concepts behind what we do.

Our experienced coaches will show you the correct techniques and guide you to a position where you can confidently and safely move onto classes.

Olympic Weightlifting

LDG Weightlifting Club is designed for all levels of ability whether beginner or a seasoned Athlete.

Our coaches will work with you to improve your form and technique through our Olympic Weightlifting classes.

Strength Class

Strength is a fun, structured class in which you will focus on key lifts and explosive movements to develop general fitness, health, and sports specific movement patterns.

Strength classes are programmed in an upper and lower focused split to develop an individual’s maximum strength, muscle hypertrophy, explosive power, and rate of force development. ‘Strength’ is great for any fitness level or age.

Endurance

The importance of endurance training goes beyond running a marathon or completing a triathlon. Endurance not only enhances your performance while working out, but also contributes to your overall health, providing you with energy, improved heart function and increased metabolism.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a fun and inclusive way for your children to learn the fundamentals of fitness in a structured and safe environment.

Classes incorporate group activity focused on the principle of body mechanics, consistency and intensity. This class is available for children aged 3-15.
