About me:
I discovered CrossFit in 2017 after stumbling upon it on YouTube. Before that, my only exercise was running, apart from playing football when I was younger.
I started CrossFit in Bath while at university and continued after graduating in Leicester at CrossFit BFG. It was there that I decided to take my Level 1 certification, as I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the methodology. I began by leading warm-ups and cool-downs, and eventually started coaching entire classes.
After moving to Melbourne, Australia, I secured a coaching position and decided to further my education by completing my CrossFit Level 2 certification.
CrossFit has become a passion I never expected but am incredibly grateful for. I wasn't particularly athletic in school, but now CrossFit is a huge part of my life. I’m passionate about passing this on to others, helping them improve their current and future quality of life.
I’m always striving to expand my knowledge and challenge myself as both a coach and an athlete.
