About me:
I started my CrossFit journey around 4 years ago after years of trying to find a sport that I genuinely enjoyed.
I had struggled with food and nutrition for years and so the more invested I got with my training, the more I came to realise the importance of nutrition and how fueling your body correctly can enhance your training. The fitter and stronger I felt, the more I wanted to help people to feel the same way. This led me to complete my level 2 sports coaching and level 3 personal trainer courses and pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Iām looking forward to coaching at ECF and CSC and becoming part of both communities and helping the members improve their fitness and skills!
