What is the Blog:

This is where we will be positing information about what the box is up to,what we have been doing and general news about the community. We will be updating this on a monthly basis will a view to keep everyone informed and up to date on Central Staffs Crossfit.

We have had great success with Crossfit Kids, this kicked off in February with our coach Emma Sheehan. We are currently taking classes in the age bracket of 7- 12 and will be looking to expand our age groups in the near future, so if you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to contact Emma on the following email address cscrossfitkids@gmail.com 

Its also with great pride we acknowledge the efforts of everybody who took part in the open this year, with those registering scores with Crossfit HQ or those taking part with us on a Saturday, scaled or otherwise. Everyone put in a tremendous amount of effort, pushed through pain barriers and stepped up to the plate and learnt new skills.The community spirit and encouragement was amazing, and we hope to see more of you taking part next year.

Barbell Club

Kicking off in April, we have a great opportunity to be coached by Steph Owens Womens 63KG Team Wales Weightlifter (Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2014)

There will be opportunity to take part in  8 Sessions spread over 3 months to improve your lifts whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter.

When? -
Saturday – 8am – 10am on the following dates: 
4th - April
11th - April
25th - April
2nd - May
30th - May
6th - June
13th - June
20th - June.

Costs - 
8 sessions - £100 – Only 15 places (minimum 10 people)
4 sessions - £55 
Drop in Places - £15 per session – only 5 places available per session.
Classes will be capped at - 20 places

The Running Program - Crossfit Endurance

Managed by coach Tom Hunt, this is still in flight and designed to improve your distance capacity over an 12 program, the first cycle is almost over but if your interested contact Tom who can add you to the group and give you guidance on how to jump in and add this as a supplemental regime to your Crossfit training

Health and Well-being:

Don't forget we have our sports therapists Anton,Reece and Aniesha in the box every Wednesday looking to offer their professional services for rehabilitation and care for anyone who needs it to make an appointment use the folder in reception. for costs and any other questions please email them for details.
