Hybrid Endurance
Our Hybrid Endurance classes combine functional fitness and endurance training for all levels. Expect a mix of strength, running, sled pushes, carries, and conditioning to build stamina, speed, and power. Every session is coached, high-energy, and designed to challenge you while improving total body fitness and endurance.
Strength
Our Strength classes focus purely on building total-body strength – without the cardio. Perfect for all levels, each session develops technique, power, and confidence through structured lifts and accessory work. Expert coaching ensures safe, effective progress to help you move better and get stronger every week.
Olympic Lifting
Our Olympic Lifting classes focus on mastering the snatch and clean & jerk. Perfect for beginners and experienced lifters, each session builds strength, speed, and technique. CrossFit Kids
Our Kids classes make fitness fun while building strength, confidence, and coordination. Designed for ages 6-15, sessions focus on movement, teamwork, and developing healthy habits through games and skill-based activities.
