The Foundations Course
For most newcomers to CrossFit, we recommend the Foundations Course. During your time in the foundation workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, methodologies and concepts behind what we do.
You'll learn new techniques in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebells and Plyometrics.
Each session will include breaking down and practising the movements with a fun workout at the end. Once you have demonstrated a good understanding of the fundamentals, you will be equipped with the knowledge to allow you to move into the main CrossFit classes where you can learn the more advanced movements and participate in even more challenging workouts.
Our Foundations courses are ran 3 x per year
January - May - September
Dates are announce on Team Up but are scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm
We offer three options for you to complete your foundations courses. A one-off payment of £100 which includes 8 group workshops over four weeks (early bird discount available), a 1-2-1 foundations course priced at £100 (no discounts available) which includes four workshops over an agreed period. Or you can get it for FREE by taking out or introductory Crossfit Membership (see below).
INTRODUCTORY CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP
