CrossFit Kids is a fun and inclusive way for your children to learn the fundamentals of fitness in a structured and safe environment. CFK is a group activity focused on the principle of body mechanics, consistency and intensity. Getting your kids to practice consistently good mechanics will translate into better sports performance, fewer injuries and greater mobility. Research has indicated that exercise can help children develop better cognitive function and can impact on their academic achievements too. 

CrossFit Kids is accessible from ages 3 - 15, and is designed to be fun and educational, as with our adult classes the groups are small and we encourage the group activity and social bonding.  What we teach in CFK can be done anywhere and with little to no equipment, it is purposely designed to be minimalist. Its inexpensive and we are sure your kids will love it. It also gives the whole family access to functional fitness that can be used in everyday life.

CrossFit Kids emphasises good movements throughout childhood and adolescence, building blocks for a life long appreciation of fitness, mobility and core strength.
